ABOUT OUR DOCTORS~

§ My doctor is dedicated, knowledgeable and competent psychiatrist. I feel very blessed to have him as my doctor.

§ My doctor is a considerate, intelligent and dedicated person (and dr.) and always returns my calls with concern and really listens. My doctor values my opinion on what meds are working and not. Everyone should have a doctor half as good as mine. I am very grateful for my doctor at Maine Center.

§ I have been coming to MC for many years and have always been treated extremely well and have had doctors that listen to me and that I feel really care how I am doing.

ABOUT OUR CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES~

§ I am thankful for a state funded outpatient facility that is a safe environment and there is much as there can be for the patient’s in counseling them. Thank you Maine Center.

§ My son thinks his therapist is his favorite! That is good considering he doesn’t trust easily. I think she is the bomb!

Maine Center's Most Recent Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Maine Center randomly surveys consumers of services during each year using Client Writes, a survey instrument that is used by agencies across the country.

Our agency goals are based upon our agency’s performance in relationship to goals set by Maine Center’s Quality Improvement committee.

GOALS and PERFORMANCE
We set our goals in six goal areas. Below is how we were rated by those who used our services in the twelve months which began 10/1/2010 and ended 9/30/11:

1. Maximize level of overall consumer satisfaction.
Goal: 95% Consumer Ratings: 97%

2. Maximize level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of services.
Goal: 95% Consumer Ratings: 99%

3. Maximize level of consumer satisfaction with how they are treated.
Goal: 97% Consumer Ratings: 99%

4. Maximize level of consumer satisfaction with their progress made.
Goal: 85% Consumer Ratings: 88%

5. Maximize level of consumer participation in treatment and service
planning. Goal: 92% Consumer Ratings: 95%

6. Maximize consumer confidence in staff competency.
Goal: 92% Consumer Ratings: 99%
